What are Click and Collect opening hours?

Click and Collect is available at our Sydney and Perth offices during regular business hours (9am - 4pm) Monday to Friday. Unfortunately, we don’t offer Click and Collect outside of these hours or on weekends.

How will I know my order is ready to collect?

When your order is ready for collection, a friendly member of the Bluemercury Online customer service team will contact you via email.

What do I need to bring with me when I collect my order?

Orders will ONLY be released when ALL of the following is provided at time of collection:

  • Copy of your order confirmation email
  • Credit card used to pay for the order
  • ID (driver license or equivalent) which corresponds with order details and credit card

Need Your Click and Collect order ASAP?

If you require your items sooner, advise us after you've placed the order. Email us your order number and we’ll organise priority service.

Where do I go to pick up my order?

Pick up your order at our reception. See above for address details.

Can someone else collect my order on my behalf?

No problem. To change the nominated person for collection, just email us with your order number and details of the credit card used. The person collecting on your behalf needs to provide:

  • ID which matches their name as nominated by you via email
  • Copy of your order confirmation email

What happens if I cannot pick up my order?

Your Click and Collect order is held for 14 days from the day we advise your order is ready for collection. After 14 days your order will be cancelled, and we will contact you to arrange a refund. Please let us know if you’re unable to collect within those 14 days.
